About 100 people entered
within the first week of entries opening on January 1 for the Sunday May 18
event.
The five-mile from Arden school around the village will raise cash for The
Brain Tumour Charity, Northleigh House, for bullied children and Vision Care
for the homeless.
Some 30 per cent will be
retained for local causes.
The mini-runs will this year
be divided into years 1, 2, 3 and 4 and entry costs are £13 for adults, £6.50
for juniors and secondaries and £4 for mini-runners. Enter here.
This year’s VIP will be
broadcaster and comedian Don MacLean.
