THE Solihull brother of a man murdered by a former aide to the Duchess of York today said her escape from custody was a result of Government “incompetence”.
Rick Cressman spoke after Jane Andrews absconded from a Maidstone Prison on Sunday.
She stabbed Thomas Cressman at their London home in 2000.
