Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council has been asked for planning permission for a detached home at 31 Temple Road.
Permission was given last year to demolish the garage and bedroom to the side of the property for a two storey extension and new access.
Two residents objected to this plan with concerns over drainage.
The application for the new plan states it will be ‘more aesthetically appealing’.
