Black vote 'could decide Solihull'

THE black and ethnic minority vote could determine the outcome of the Solihull constituency at this summer's General Election, The Guardian reports.

The seat was narrowly snatched away from the Conservatives by Liberal Democrat Lorely Burt in 2005.
