The Hampton health and fitness club is offering a six or eight week programme of runs around the village and weekly strength and conditioning circuit classes.
Organiser John Heard said: “This is a fantastic event raising money for some great charities, and to have the support of The Hampton trainers giving up their time to help our runners improve their fitness and condition their muscles is great.”
Gareth Thomas, co-owner of the Hampton-in-Arden business, said: “I have always enjoyed the event and ran myself last year for the first time.”

Meanwhile, Dorridge Scout group is urging youngsters to compete in the junior and secondary trophies at the May 16 event.
It comes after neither trophy was awarded last year as there was no full team of four runners.
The event – organised by the Knowle and Dorridge Lions – has a total of 27 trophies.
Mr Heard said: “The fact that over 1,500 of the 2,000 places have already been taken means that runners from all over the West Midlands are keen to reserve their place in what we hope will be another terrific record breaking family and community event.”
He said he does want to ‘deter anyone from entering’ but said eight of last year’s winners are seeking to retain their titles.

1st Local Home - Toby Spencer aiming to beat 28:40
1st Adult Female – Amanda Oleary 31:03
