Geoff Heaps, of Wychwood Avenue, is inviting teams to take part in the event in aid of Sands (Stillbirth & Neonatal Death Charity).
He said: “The day is in memory of my granddaughter, Lily, who was stillborn just last month at 37 weeks.”
The event will be held at Henley Golf Club, Henley in Arden on Friday April 30 and will include four ball and individual stableford games with team and individual prizes.
A team of four is £180 and includes a meal and evening entertainment. There will also be a raffle and charity auction
