Solihull NHS Care Trust will hold the event on Wednesday 28 July 2010.
It says it will talk about ‘the successes and challenges experienced within health and adult social care over the past year’.
It says: “There will also be an opportunity to reflect on the future situation.”
The authority is part of controversial plans to downgrade Solihull Hospital’s maternity unit.
Bosses say there are not enough staff for it to be safe. It closed three months ago and opened yesterday for midwife-led births only.
A consultation on its long term future takes place later this year.
The authority also provides adult social care services on behalf of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
The AGM takes place at 11.00 am at The Bridge, Stratford Road, Shirley.
