The replacement for the demolished Jaguar garage on the Stratford Road was approved by council planners in April but a new scheme has been submitted.
This has ‘drastically reduced’ the height from three storeys to two and ‘integrates into the local area better’ said AT Architects Ltd.
Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council will need to approve the new scheme for it to go ahead.
