The 28th fun run will take place on Sunday May 15 and is expected to attract more than 2,000 runners.
The 2010 event, organised by Knowle and Dorridge Lions, raised £40,000 for charity.
The 2011 chosen charities are The Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, The Stroke Association and Dorridge and Knowle scout groups to help refurbish group huts.
Up to 30 per cent of cash raised will go to other local charities.
Organiser Simon Newell said: “Already we are signing up advertisers, sponsors and seeking a special celebrity for the day.
“If you can help with sponsorship, by advertising in our Fun Run programme, by acting as a marshal/helper on the day, or would like to get involved in the organisation of this fantastic community event please get in touch now.”
