Some £434,009 was paid out by Solihull Care Trust, rising to £623,33 with pension contributions, in 2010/11.
The trust is responsible for deciding where NHS cash is spent but will by abolished by 2013 under controversial reforms that will budgets handed to family doctors.
It currently employs 1,681 people.
The figures were released to The Silhillian under the Freedom of Information Act.
The Silhillian reported in January that some care trust staff were 'disappointed' that their application for redundancy had not been accepted.
Heart of England NHS Hospitals Trust, which runs Solihull Hospital, said it made no workers redundant in 2010/11.
Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council made three staff members redundant, leaving 3,326 employees.
Posts axed were North Solihull Regeneration Adviser and two Unit Catering Managers. They shared redundancy payments of £ 24,367.74.
It has set aside a £2m redundancy pot for this year, 2011/12, when it cuts overall budgets by 10 per cent as a result of Government spending reductions to councils.
The council and care trust refused to give details of how much was paid out for each job role, saying it would breach data protection laws.
