More than 1,300 people have entered, leaving 700 places, organisers said last week.
The deadline for entries for the May 15 run is May 7.
A spokesman said: “With the last minute scramble for places it is probable that the Run will sell out and late comers will be disappointed.”
The run will begin and end at Arden School.
The guest VIP will be BBC WIM presenter Joanne Malin and proceeds will go to the Warwickshire & Northants Air Ambulance, Stroke Association, Dorridge & Knowle Scouts and other local charities.
