It has submitted a planning application to Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council to extend the car park from 33 to 37 spaces.
This will extend the car park into a grassed area, removing four trees at the Hanbury Road school (marked on picture above).
The school said: “The provision of staff parking is currently insufficient, which has led to some staff, visitors and lunchtime supervisors having to park on the roadside, which obviously affects the local residents.”
New bike and scooter parking is also proposed for pupils, near to the entrance.
