Some 61 of the 348 women admitted to give birth had to be taken from Solihull to Heartlands Hospital, except one who was taken to Good Hope Hospital.
This is as a result of controversial changes that saw doctors removed from Solihull in July last year.
Women judged to be low risk are admitted for delivery by midwives but those who run into complications have to be taken to another hospital to see a doctor.
Bosses made the downgrading permanent last month, despite an outcry. They said there were not enough doctors to treat sick newborns.
There were 61 “in utero” transfers, where the baby is in the womb, and 29 post-natal transfers, the trust said.
The information was released to The Silhillian under The Freedom of Information Act.
Major incidents where the quality of NHS care is called into question are recorded as “serious untowards incidents”.
The trust said there were none related to birthing services at Solihull Hospital.
