CHANGES to ambulance cover in Knowle, Dorridge and Bentley

A West Midlands Ambulance Service boss will speak at theevent at Bentley Heath Community Hall, Widney Road
on Thursday June 12 from 5.30pm to 7pm .
The service has sold ambulance stations like Solihull
in favour of 15 West Midlands “hub” bases and ambulances
based in the community.
This includes a base in the Knowle area though a bid to base
one at Arden school was dropped
last year.
The event has been organised by Healthwatch Solihull – the
official health and social care watchdog to give “an accurate update about the
restructuring of the ambulance services affecting these local areas”.
