Ofsted rated Stepping Stones Pre-School, which operates from St John’s Hall at Knowle Parish Church as ‘good’.
The inspector’s report said: “Children make good progress towards the early learning goals due to highly effective communication and interaction between staff, children and parents.
“The environment is very well organised where children's individual needs are well met and supported, creating an inclusive environment.”
It said the nursery should update its complaints procedure to include the current address for Ofsted and ‘develop further the system of self-evaluation to ensure comments from children are included in the process’.
