Prices will go up in line with VAT and at Monkspath Hall Road car park.
The latter is part of four years of increases at the 1,080-space car park by Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
The council said the move will “bring prices in line with those in neighbouring authorities”.
From January, the new Monkspath Hall Road charges will be:
Up to six hours - £3.00 (currently £2.80)
Over six hours - £3.50 (currently £3.00)
From January, the costs of the permits will be:
Annual permit - £700 (currently £645)
Quarterly permit - £175 (currently £161.25)
Charges for town centre car parks will be:
Up to one hour – £1.20 (no change)
Up to two hours – £2.30 (currently £2.20)
Up to three hours – £3.10 (currently £3.00)
Up to four hours – £4.00 (currently £3.90)
Up to five hours – £4.60 (currently £4.50)
Up to six hours – £5.60 (currently £5.50)
Over six hours - £8.20 (currently £8.00)
The Sunday and night rate charges in Solihull town centre will be:
Up to one hour – £1.20 (no change)
Up to two hours – £2.30 (currently £2.20)
Up to three hours – £3.10 (currently £3.00)
Over three hours – £4.00 (currently £3.90)
Night rate - £1.30 (no change)
On street parking charges will stay the same.
Councillor David Jamieson, cabinet member for transport and highways, said: “Car parking charges in Solihull are much cheaper than those in our neighbouring authorities and will continue to be so even with these increases.
“We think these new prices are fair and will ensure people can still afford to park, shop and enjoy leisure facilities in Solihull.”
