They will contest seats in the wards of Knowle; Dorridge and Hockley Heath; Elmdon and Lyndon. One councillor in 17 wards, a third of the authority, is up for election on May 5.
The party calls for an English Parliament, leaving the EU and a points system for immigration.
It says: “Points should be awarded for, among other things: educational and professional qualification; family links with England; financial resources; the ability to speak English.
“In other words, entry should be determined by our needs as a society and the ability of newcomers to be absorbed into the prevailing public culture.”
Standing in Knowle for the party is Frank O'Brien, of Newton Road and Andrew Taylor, of Manor Court.
Both stood for the British National Party in last year's council election.
The Conservatives, which hold both seats, Labour, The Green Party, Liberal Democrats and the Solihull and Meriden Residents Association are also standing.
The council is currently controlled by Labour and the Liberal Democrats after the Tories lost power on May 5 last year.
