Update 12.20pm. Knowle has been held by Conservative Alan Rebeiro and Dorridge and Hockley Heath has been held by Andy Mackiewicz.
The Liberal Democrats have lost a Silhill seat to the Conservatives. Leela Widger stepped down and Robert Hulland defeated Elizabeth Adams.
