The Knowle Society wants to draw up a Neighbourhood Plan
document setting out what developments like housing residents want.
The plans – created under the 2011 Localism Act – must be
considered when members of Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council make planning
decisions.
The plans only come into affect through support in a public
referendum.
The society is to hold a meeting to launch a forum to lead
the development of the plan.
