CONSTRUCTION is continuing on a major new 88-home
development off Hampton Road
in Knowle.
Miller Homes is marketing homes for its Arden Fields development, with
three to four-bedroom homes from £295,000 to £499,000.
A recent Solihull
Metropolitan Borough Council report said: “Significant housing development is
currently under construction in the Knowle and Dorridge area, it is anticipated
that additional secondary school places will be required to meet this increase
in demand. The council is working in partnership with Arden
academy to deliver the extra places required.”
